Job Summary:
Richmond Foundry is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Dayton, NJ! Successful candidates will demonstrate ability to perform moderately complex accounts payable functions and recommend improvements. The candidate will pay bills for the Company and assist with the maintenance of the accounts payable ledger. The Accounts Payable Clerk will utilize our native ERP platform and assist with migration to Infor Syteline or similar ERP platform. High school education required; Associates degree or further post high school education a plus. 3+ years’ experience. Responsibilities:
- Enter and pay invoices timely and accurately
- Analyze transactions and prepare reports
- Process transactions according to established procedures
- Make recommendations for process improvement opportunities
Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess knowledge of accounts payable processing
- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude, team player
