What will you be doing for us?
Accounts Payable 50%
? Setup and maintain vendor records
? Lead accounts payable functions, including verifying invoice accuracy, verifying invoices against purcharse orders, and accurately entering all data into Company accounting systems
? Processes vendor payments, ensuring accounts payable are processed within terms and sent to the correct locations/contacts
? Complete various analysis and reconciliations, as assigned
? Ensuring accurate monthly accruals
Document Imaging 25%
? Scan and index all accounts payable records into the company document imaging system
? Maintain accounts payable records in the document imaging system
Procedures and Internal Controls 15%
? Ensure all functions are completed according to company procedures
? Monitor and develop internal controls, systems and procedures for accounts payable
? Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and all other government regulations within the scope of the position
Accuracy 5%
? Perform duties accurately with a strong attention to detail to help assure company data is accurate and reliable
Timeliness 5%
? Perform duties timely with a high degree of dependability
