Our Agriculture Manager offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for leading and overseeing the facility agronomy program to ensure industry leading production standards and best practices in the private label vegetable industry are met. This would include understanding crop plans, nutrient programs, spray application, irrigation resources and overall field management strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise all field operations, including contracting acreage, planting, spraying and harvesting.
• Demonstrate the ability to maximize efficiency and minimize cost in field operations in order to optimize production.
• Keep current of changes in the area of agriculture, including new seed varieties, fertility requirements, and advancements in agricultural technology and harvesting methods

What You'll Bring:

• A four year college degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience in agriculture, farming, or agronomy.
• Should have overall knowledge of field operations and equipment. General mechanical knowledge beneficial but not necessary.
