Customer Service Alarm Dispatch Operator - Days Shift

This position is onsite. No remote positions are available as we are considered critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify responsible parties
• Place accounts on test mode and assist service/installers with signal tests
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

Skills Needed:

• Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
• Must be able to complete a fully-paid, 2 week training, Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here
• Must be able to pass a 3 week fully-paid training class
• Customer service experience preferred
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
