We are looking for friendly and outgoing candidates that enjoy providing quality customer service and helping others. The answering service agent position is ideal for those that want part-time work with an option to work remotely after training. Our service operates 24/7, 365 days a year including all holidays.

Candidates must have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, must be detail oriented, adapt easily to change, be patient and able to help callers in crisis, practice empathy, and possess excellent verbal and keyboarding/typing skills. Previous phone and customer service experience is a plus.

We are looking to fill a few part-time positions. These will be for shifts that start in the mornings between 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM and working until 12 PM - 4 PM, and afternoon shifts with start times between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and working until 9 PM - 11 PM. There will also be options to pick up additional shifts as they become available if you are interested in more hours.

Job Duties

• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; assessing caller's needs; verifying information.
• Engaging in active listening & practicing empathy with callers, confirming or clarifying information and supporting callers in crisis, as needed.
• Create electronic messages, dispatch calls, and document activities.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed answering service metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

• Solid customer service skills
• Previous Medical Field Experience is a Huge Plus
