Candidates should demonstrate experience in the phases of architectural practice including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration with limited supervision. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive ability to take initial direction and execute. A positive attitude is a must. Successful candidates will have earned a degree in Architecture from a 4/5 year program or a Masters of Architecture and have 4-7 years of solid experience working in an Architectural Design Firm.

Your key responsibilities and opportunities to learn the daily processes involved in running an architectural/design office which may include:
You should be able to exhibit proficiency in the following areas:
- Creation of Construction Documents in Revit/AutoCAD
- Preparation & ability to ensure accuracy of technical documents
- Understanding of building codes, standards and building structures
- Perform jurisdictional submittals and interact with jurisdictional personnel
- Put together a full set of documents and show experience coordinating sub-consultants
- Knowledge about sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
The ideal candidate must have integrity, be highly motivated, strong design ability and interest in being involved in all areas of an architectural practice. Recent experience in Health & Wellness (OSHPD) and Education a plus. LEED Accreditation is very important. Solid Revit, and Microsoft Office skills are a must! Proficiency in Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
