In the role of Area Recruiter, you will split your time between two of our skilled nursing (nursing home/short term rehabilitation) facilities in Kennebunk, ME and Dover, NH and their surrounding communities, recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical team members e.g. RN's, LPN's, Certified Nursing Assistants, Coordinators, etc. You will establish, grow and maintain relationships with various community partners including schools (Nursing, Vocational, High School), small and Big Box stores, and more. Our corporate senior-level recruiters will assist you in meeting and exceeding your recruiting goals, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and help you express your talents and strengths to the fullest extent.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION; this position will work out of the 2 aforementioned facilities with a substantial amount of time spent working out in their respective communities.
Snapshot of Responsibities:
- Identifying, evaluating, and presenting potential candidates.
- Advising, guiding, and providing recommendations to hiring manager and stakeholders.
- Providing support in the areas of recruiting and retention for our Dover, NH and Kennebunk, ME sites.
- Serve as the facilities resident expert regarding candidate delivery strategies, and creative recruitment solutions including external site marketing partnerships, and pipeline development.
- Assist facility Administrators and other hiring stakeholders in areas related to selection, interviewing, ATS usage, and best practices to create an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer/acceptance and first 90 days on the job.
- Liaise with Wethersfield, CT corporate Talent Acquisition team on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree or work experience equivalent
- Track record of success in high-volume recruitment required.
- 2+ years experience in a Corporate for-profit or Organizational non-profit Recruiting (not Agency or Staffing Firm) required.
- Proficiency with ICIMS, MS Office suite preferred
