The owners own three other highly successful Massage Envy locations and are committed to the growth and success of our newly acquired location in Olathe, KS. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer
  • Leading clinic staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.
  • Coaching front-desk employees on scheduling appointments with accuracy and recommending enhanced services
  • Coaching front desk employees on sales of our wellness plans
  • Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.
  • Provide training, guidance and confident leadership.
  • Maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous membership sales experience preferred.
  • Three years of direct management experience
  • Goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Successful interviewing practices
  • Proven coaching experience
  • Great, positive communication skills
  • Driven
  • Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
  • Advancement available
  • Some evening and weekend shifts required

Our competitive compensation package includes base hourly pay plus performance based bonus which is directly related to the results you dive.

We require AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF DIRECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE in a customer service/ Sales environment, and a strong work ethic. If you're interested, please reply with your resume, cover letter and schedule availability.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
