Mission of the Position: Wolfe & Associates Property Management division manages residential, commercial and mixed use properties in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative assistance to HR Manager & Sr. Property Supervisor
- Field work, meeting with vendors, etc.
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Event planning
- Miscellaneous errands and out of office projects
Other special projects and duties as assigned by HR Manager or Sr. Property Supervisor
Qualifications:
- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Publisher and excel
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- High attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- A positive and outgoing nature
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Critical thinking abilities who can learn and understand procedures and policies and be able to apply this knowledge to various scenarios
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch duties quickly
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good oral and written communication
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work full time
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to assist two Supervisors simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
