Assistant to Senior Service Supervisor Job at General Services Corporation

General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Apartment Service Supervisor. You will be responsible for the overall hands-on supervision and administration of Service Department. Responsibilities also will include overseeing the service staff while ensuring prime physical condition of the community, and providing prompt customer service to residents. Enforcing adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures. Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities are also key in this role. You will also delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed.

Requirements
To be a top candidate you must have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role. Must be EPA and CFC certified; and have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry. Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
