Manchin Injury Law Group, PLLC seeks an associate attorney with a preferred 2 or more years of experience to work with the firm in our Fairmont, West Virginia office. Manchin Injury Law Group, is an established personal injury law firm located in Fairmont, West Virginia, that handles personal injury matters throughout the State of West Virginia. The associate attorney will participate with case intake, oversight of legal assistant case work-up, case evaluations, and negotiations of pre-litigation claims. The associate attorney will also participate in handling routine litigation and will assist in complex litigation.
We are seeking an individual who has a strong work ethic and works well in a collaborative environment.
Competitive base salary is commensurate with experience, with a potential for bonuses based on fee generation, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan. Potential for future profit sharing arrangements based upon established performance, business development, and client generation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
