KAIZEN Collision Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Collision Center Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone to manage the shop and staff performance, focusing on estimating, sales, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in production goals by setting team direction to maximize sales and profitability targets
• Educates and trains team members and customers about the collision repair process according to established standards by I-CAR and vehicle manufacturer. This includes insurance repair processing, payment procedures, repair and refinish techniques, parts options and approximate repair time.
• Solid understanding of estimating process and system.
• Communicates with insurance appraisers for the repair process, updates customers on repairs.
• Oversees the daily process associated with shop management based on company policies, holding themselves and shop teammates accountable to complete tasks.
• Measures quality standards by inspecting both in-process repairs and pre-delivered repairs. perform quality control checks before and after the vehicle is painted and conducts quality control checks before delivery of vehicle owner.
• Ensures safety and compliance regulations are adhered to according to company standards
• Coach and develop teammates for future growth in the company
• Makes hiring decisions based on the ability to recognize performance gaps due to staffing needs and a thorough interview process of prospective employees to determine best applicant for position based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines
• Ability to lead and motivate staff to reach common goals
• I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word /Excel a plus
• Work authorization: United States (Required)

Competitive Salary plus Profit Share / Bonus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
