Matt Blatt Kia of Abington dealership is seeking an Automotive Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong work ethic. As an Automotive Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the financing of vehicle sales and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all related paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the financing of vehicle sales, including preparing finance and lease documents, obtaining credit approvals, and submitting loan packages
• Work with customers to explain finance options and finalize sales agreements
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all finance paperwork, including title work, registration, and insurance documents
• Follow up with lenders and customers to resolve any financing issues and ensure timely payment of accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with lenders and other finance partners
• Keep up-to-date on all state and federal regulations related to automotive financing and ensure compliance with all guidelines
• Assist in other dealership finance duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive financing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership finance software
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to automotive financing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
