You must be clean-cut, friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children. Must be comfortable working alone and be a self-motivator. Must enjoy working at some of the coolest events in the area and serving some of the best schools, companies, and sports leagues in East Texas, Shreveport & Bossier.
Year-round season, with full and part-time positions.
Minimum of two years driving experience & clean record.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Clean Background required.
Job Duties
Taking Customer orders
Preparing customer’s Kona Ice orders
Serving customers with a smile and Exceptional Service
Charging customers for their order and processing payments – includes handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register
Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning inside of the truck, washing dishes, and removing any trash or debris surrounding the Kona Ice Vehicle.
Stocking supplies, such as cups, flavor, and other supplies.
Greeting customers and answering questions
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their Kona Ice and take action to correct any problems.
Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction..
Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
Must have a reliable source of transportation.
Flexible schedule – must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Mandatory Holidays – Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
Hours vary from week to week. Some days will be 5 hours, some days can be as long as 10 hours, depending on the events for the day.
Drivers must be comfortable driving and parking a large vehicle. The truck is about the size of an ambulance.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
