Barista (PT) Job at Bare Enterprises LTD
Coffee Shop in Falcon, CO (just 10 minutes east of Colorado Springs) is looking for a barista to join our qualified team. Please read the ENTIRE job description. We have immediate openings. Only serious applicants should apply.
We are NOT the former coffee shop located in Falcon where Big O is now located.
You must live in the local area and you must be a US citizen to apply. You must be a high school graduate. You must be friendly, fun, and upbeat. You must be able to talk to customers and carry on a conversation. If you're a chatty person, have the gift of gab, master of banter, we would like to interview you.

We have immediate openings for all positions, and training is available for the right person, however, having prior barista experience is a bonus and preferred. You must have experience serving customers. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are a plus. You must live in the commuting area to apply and have graduated high school. You must be able to work independently. You should have a great work history that reflects the commitment and a great work ethic.
- We have openings for part-time positions.
- We are open M-F 630AM - 400PM, and Saturday 800AM-200PM. Federal Holidays 800AM - 200PM.
- Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving. No night shifts. No Sunday shifts.
- There are two shift options available.
- We offer an hourly wage plus tips.
Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, engaged, and responsible. You must have reliable transportation, able to drive to work during rain and/or snow, and be on time for your assigned shifts. Shifts DO include on-call shifts.
- Customer service skills - remembering customer names, their drink orders, and recipes. You will need to demonstrate that you can operate the machines properly and clean them very well. You must be able to safely lift to 50 pounds.
Prohibited: alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, weapons, nudity, promoting nonproducts or jobs not related to the business.
Apparel may include bikinis, cute, upbeat, and fun outfits, and may not impair your ability to move freely and perform your duties. NO pasties or g-strings, thongs, or lingerie that is provocative or see-thru are permitted. Slip-resistant closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required. Heels should not exceed one inch. Prohibited footwear: sandals, flip flops, slippers, or footwear that does not cover toes and heels and is not slip-resistant.
Include two references (previous managers or supervisors. Not someone you're related to or your friends).
Responsibilities:
