Bartender/Server Job at LE BILBOQUET
Job Description
Currently seeking bartenders for full time and part time, lunch and dinner shifts. (Available on Weekends and Holidays)
We're seeking well mannered, disciplined and professional bartenders to thrive in a well-organized and structured environment. Primary Duties
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our guests
- Guide and assist guests through their dining experience with your menu knowledge
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
- Receive, understand and execute directives from Manager while on shift.
- Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Previous bartender experience required.
- Possession of a pouring license to serve alcohol and tips certificate.
- A first-rate positive, customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure while maintaining superior service and execution of duties.
- Ability to understand and follow specific directions.
- Ability to carry out job responsibilities with limited or no supervision at all times.
Bar Hours
Monday through Sunday - 11 to 10pm (Except Friday and Saturday- 11 to 11pm)
We would ask the bartender to arrive 1 hour prior and stay 30 minutes after for setup and clean-up of the bar area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
