About us
Considered one of downtown Lake Geneva's most iconic bars. Thumbs Up is a local favorite serving visitors for more than 48 years. Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our bartending team. Must be a strong team player but able to work independently. The right candidate will take pride in their work, be self-motivated, reliable, outgoing and able to take on tasks without oversight. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work both weekdays and weekends as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work at least one day shift (11am-6pm) per week but this is not a deal breaker. Previous bartending experience desired but will train the right candidates.
