Key Responsibilities
- Cleans ash from boiler grates
- Ensures adequate supply of hog fuel
- Maintains high standard of housekeeping
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to learn all aspects of boiler operations
- Ability to work in confined spaces and operate mobile equipment
- Ability to learn and retain complex processes throughout boiler
- Ability to safely complete complex process equipment large lockouts
- Must follow Roseburg values and Riddle Operating Principles
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Job is physically demanding; must be able to occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work rotating 12-hour (day & night) shift
- Must be available and willing to work overtime and shut downs as needed to facilitate the effective operation of the Boiler
- Boiler experience is desirable, but not required
- Attend trainings and achieve passing scores as required
