Job Responsibilities:
*Setup services in customers’ homes and offices, making sure you test and troubleshoot equipment and connections and explain services before leaving the premises.
*String and pull up cabling between poles and underground as necessary to provide the strongest signal in the best position.
*Drive to customer locations, making sure you arrive on time for scheduled appointments and call the customer to let her or him know you’re on the way and to check that they’re onsite.
*Utilize test equipment to ensure signal strength and connection.
*Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of company vehicles, communicating faulty vehicle performance or vehicle damage and documenting work orders.
*Follow all driving and safety laws at all times to maintain company safety standards.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
*Able to lift at least 50 pounds, maneuver in Telecom Rooms and be comfortable with working while on a ladder.
***Valid state driver’s license and clean background- ability to access the military base is mandatory for this position

Experience Preferred:

*Fiber
*Ethernet
*Running lines in Residential/Commercial buildings

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Weekend availability

Company Policy requires all employees to wear full PPE when performing work at customers homes.

Experience:

• Cable, Internet & Satellite Field Service Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
• Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
