EOS Healthcare Marketing is the premier Healthcare Marketing Agency serving midstream and startup medical, dental and veterinary practices nationwide.
We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to manage national, regional, and local key relationships, as well as, be responsible for developing growth opportunity for EOS through existing and new relationship channels. Your job duties as a business development executive are to nurture existing vendor relationships and uncover and develop new vendor relationships that produce sales leads. You also promote products and services, represent the company at networking events and conferences, travel to events and meetings with key vendors, discover lead sources and new target markets. This career requires excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as, strong sales pipeline and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing key vendor relationships
- Strategically grow EOS market share
- Generate leads
- Responsible for local, regional and national corporate relationships
- Present to groups of doctors and referral based vendors
- Network with and through Professional Associations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Communication or Marketing degree preferred but not necessary)
- Experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Easily connects well with other people
- Engages well in a group environment (knows how to 'mix' with others)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a big plus
- Meticulously organized
- Self-Starter, Problem Solver who goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $100,000 projected compensation in the first year.
- Our current sales team makes over $120,000 annually.
- Paid Training: $25/Hour up to 3 months
- Base plus commission after training (90 day temp-to-permanent position)
