Coastal1 Credit Union is seeking to hire a Call Center Rep. in our Pawtucket, RI location. At Coastal1, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued members when they have questions or concerns. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers and assistance. As the voice of our company, the call center rep must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for helping members and driving satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
