Position Summary

Trimming/Packaging Agents provide on-site support for the trimming of Cultivation Labs plants and assist with product packaging as time allows. Trimming Agents complete tasks assigned by the Harvest Manager to ensure the aesthetic appeal and high quality of Cultivation Labs flower. When packaging, reports to Packaging Manager and responsible for packaging cannabis flower and pre rolls for distribution to dispensaries throughout Nevada. Must maintain excellent personal hygiene, workspace cleanliness, and quality control measures to ensure high quality product in accordance with the State of Nevada CCB and standards set by Cultivation Labs.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of one year of experience trimming and/or packaging in a commercial cannabis cultivation preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. Effective time-management skills and capability to perform repetitive duties. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, climb ladders, and lift equipment or plants up to 25 lbs. OSHA certification is a plus. Pay rate based on experience.

**Must be over 21 and possess a valid Cultivation category cannabis work card to work in this facility**

Cultivation Trimmer Job Duties

Specific duties will be assigned by Harvest Manager based on company requirements and may change at any time.

· Trimming:

o Responsible for carefully trimming plant material and sorting by product type

o Ensure trim quality by visual examination and maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, as well as any other tasks required

· Flower Packaging and Pre rolls:

o Responsible for accurately weighing and counting all product while packaging

o Ensure all items are placed into correct packaging and are accurately labeled

· Facility Cleanliness:

o Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility

o Responsible for the cleanliness of trimming room and surrounding areas, equipment and tools

· Mandatory Documentation:

o Assist the Harvest Manager by accurately sorting product type and properly documenting what was trimmed

o Complete all appropriate tracking forms and logs as assigned
