We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and confident individual who can lead a team by example when generating outside sales leads. This challenging and fun job takes place in the field, throughout neighborhoods around the North Idaho and Spokane areas. Our main office is located in Post Falls, Idaho, where you may be asked to report for training at least once a week. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our design consultants to provide a free in-home consultation. We have state-of-the-art software and tools to help you succeed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Marketing Manager
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Croc Coatings at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Hire and Manage a team of outside sales canvassers.
• Work community events and home shows, etc. as needed
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers

What you will be doing:

• Daily arriving at our office in Post Falls
• Reporting to Marketing manager discussing the day’s plan and yesterday’s results
• Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their garage floors, basements and patios
• Setting appointments for our professional sales representatives to provide in-home estimates

Qualifications:

• High energy
• High integrity
• Management Experience
• 5+ years experience in sales
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• $60,000-80,000 base with bonuses - over $100K in your first year
• Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision.

Schedule:

• In the field, visiting various neighborhoods
• 8 hour shifts, days may fluctuate
• Some weekend and evening hours
