The Phone Up Studios Inc is looking for a CEO's assistant to join our Administrative team.
The CEO's Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO's business/personal life

Responsibilities

*Chauffeur to the CEO *Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO *take calls/texts on the CEO's behalf *Write letters/Draft letters *Write Memos, and take care of needs of the CEO *Arranging Meetings *Staff Correspondence *Organizing and Filing documents *Scheduling Interviews (assigned to CEO)
Qualifications

*Must have a vehicle (with valid drivers license) *Must be familiar with Google Doc, and Software Management Systems *Must have a High school diploma
Requirements
* Must Travel Back & Forth between your home town and the CEO's town (SNYDER TX) *Must pay for your own vehicle gas *Must be familiar with Laptops/Computers (BRING YOUR OWN)
NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES REMOTE WORK/PHYSICAL WORK
