Part Time Experienced Medical Assistant
Immediate opening.

Compensation: $50/hour (+$200 first week bonus!)
Hours: Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Where: Downtown NYC office requires registered or certified medical assistant for part time work. Remote and in person work.
What’s the job? We are a law firm, working on personal injury case. We need you to read some records, look at some pictures, and give us your opinion on how and why a fall-down accident happened at a doctor’s office, and what could have been done to prevent it.
Qualifications: Must have experience in applying Unna boots, taking vital signs, reconciling medical history, reviewing medication history, patient interaction skills, reviewing family history, writing/scribing clinical notes, and applying dressings and wrappings as needed and instructed by the physician. Should be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a medical assistant, what they can and cannot do, and the best way to do the assigned tasks. Previous work in vascular surgery office is a plus.
Also: Excellent English reading, speaking and writing skills are a must!
