Job Description:
Lexington Therapy Services is looking to hire an enthusiastic and highly motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). As a COTA, you will be responsible for treating patients with therapeutic and self-care activities, as well as helping patients retain their skills and improve on their challenges. You may also take part in the process of creating treatment plans for these patients.
This position is starting part time and will grow into a full time position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists OTR with screenings, assessments and Occupational Therapy services
- Follows and implements documented IEP plans or protocols/documents student progress toward meeting student progress
- Prepare therapy materials
- Adapts and modifies structural materials
- Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children on your caseload
- Proper daily note taking using electronic documentation platforms
- Maintain Client caseload
- Assist and maintaining student records
- Progress Reporting
Job Requirements:
- COTA Licensed in the State of Arizona - must be in good standing
- 18 years or older
- Experience working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas
- The ability to build strong relationships with children and parents
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Creativity and flexibility
Job Type:
Starting Part Time, will eventually be a Full Time position
Salary:
Starting at $33.00 per hour

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
