Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Largo, MD
New Core Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO with a background in healthcare/ dental surgery. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our healthcare organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth and profitability goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Evaluate and manage the organization's financial risks, including managing debt and financing arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement operational strategies that support the organization's financial goals.
- Evaluate and recommend financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing debt and financing arrangements.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
