Do you know why we call our Resource Team superheroes? They are able to suit up in their very aerodynamic scrubs, throw on a cape and zoom over to help out whenever they get the signal (text, call, e-mail)! And the best part – they still have a familiar home cave, where they can go incognito if the fame, gratitude, and recognition is just too overwhelming.
When you join our Resource Team as a Care Assistant, CNA, LPN or RN, you’ll have the opportunity to be deployed to various senior living communities throughout southeast Michigan but still have a base location close to home. You’ll earn premium pay, the flexibility to work when you are available, the ability to pick up extra shifts and still be eligible for Trinity Health Senior Communities’ very generous tuition reimbursement program, up to $4,000 annually.
