JOB SUMMARY:
The Resident Assistant Supervisor is responsible for adequately staffing, training and scheduling Resident Assistants on our NOC Shift to ensure resident’s safety, personal cares and needs are being met. This is a full-time salaried position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise staff NOC Shift Staff
Assist with hiring and training of new Resident Assistants
Ensures all new employee training is complete and annual employee training is up to date
Be available on-call to fill-in as a Resident Assistant in emergency situations when two or more Resident Assistants call in with no coverage found
Assist Resident Assistants with bathing, dressing and grooming, personal hygiene, medication administration, vitals, transfers and other task as assigned
Perform staff performance audits
Audit Resident Assistant charting
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
● Desire to work with seniors
● Previous related work experience
● Experience working with a charting data systems (ie Epic, Eldermark)
● CNA certification and medication management is preferred
● Work well, both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be compassionate and able to assess and understand the needs of seniors
● Must be punctual, flexible and adaptable to changing situations, able to work irregular hours, occasional evenings and weekends
● Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
● Maintains confidential treatment of information and communications
● Previous experience with HotSchedules is a plus
● Demonstrates creative thinking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
