We are currently seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist, to join our Loan Administration Department. The Loan Administration Documentation Specialist is responsible for the timely completion of consumer and commercial loan documentation assignments, data input as required, and other tasks to complete the consumer and commercial loan origination process. This includes ensuring all loan approvals are completed timely, accurately and within all policy, procedure, regulatory and safety and soundness banking standards. The Loan Administration Documentation Specialist communicates with the loan officers, appraisers, title agencies, and customers as needed. This person will provide reporting as required, and sufficient, quality service to internal and internal customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Loan Documentation; experienced in documenting simple and complex commercial real estate and C&I loan transactions in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of industry standard loan processing parameters for conventional and SBA loan types
    • Ordering and receipt/review of 3rd party reports
      • Flood, title and appraisals
    • Coordinate loan closings
    • Reconciling loan closing disbursements
    • Assembling and organizing closed loan files
    • Assists other administrators to facilitate loan closings
  • Administrative functions
    • Enter commercial loans into servicing system
    • Process monetary entries and balancing General Ledger accounts
    • Prepare disbursement checks
    • Process draw requests
    • Process SBA loan payments
  • Back up credit card daily processing
  • Ensures the accurate creation and filing of UCC financing statements
  • Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal banking regulations

You will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED,
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
