Reroof America Contractors is one of the nation's largest storm restoration companies, and due to Hurricane Ian, we have an immediate need for more candidates. Bartenders and Servers, I'm talking to you. We are in a recession/pandemic proof industry that has experienced tremendous growth during the pandemic. We will need to open 2 more offices in Florida this next year. Currently, we have immediate openings available in our Kissimmee office for our Management Training Program. Bartenders and Servers are not afraid of hard work. Bartenders and Servers are great with people. And Bartenders and Servers now know the value of working in a stable industry!!

We are looking for highly motivated former bartenders and servers to start as an entry level sales consultant and become part of our team. You will learn the industry skills necessary in order to manage and lead a new office once you have hit the required metrics to advance. Combine your entrepreneurial sales talents with our proven management training systems, and you will be successful here.

Management Training Program Overview

Start as an entry level sales representative. We only promote from within and we only promote based on performance. We offer base pay during the first 4 weeks of training. Upon completion, you will be paid weekly based on performance. Our full time reps earn on average $2,000 per week. Once promoted to management, this will be a salaried position. Our goal is to have 2 more local managers ready for expansion by this time next year.

· Learn how to conduct an in-depth process analysis of damaged property (roof, siding, gutters, etc.)

· Conduct a property evaluation report to convince client to accept Reroof America contractor as their preferred contractor

· Once you have hit required metrics, you will start learning how to train, develop and lead others to success. This involves a curriculum that will be discussed during the interview.

Management Training Program Requirements

· Effective communicator with strong business acumen

· Experienced leader in any form- We want those with BURNING DESIRE TO LEAD

· Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

· Can pass a background check

· Carry and Climb a ladder

· Associates Degree at minimum

Management Training Program- Entry Level Sales Representative Objectives

· Complete the 4 week paid orientation program

· Prospect 10 hour a week to identify new opportunities

· Perform a minimum of 8 Inspections per week

· Create a minimum of 6 Opportunities per week

· Give a minimum of 6 Presentations per week

· Obtain a minimum of 3 Service Agreements per week

· Schedule a minimum of 3 Adjuster Meetings per week

· Win a minimum of 2 New Jobs per week

· Generate a minimum of $25,000 in Revenue per week

· Meet minimum quota in Revenue each month
