Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a committed and energized EHS & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Sondex Danfoss team in Louisville! You will facilitate, support, and drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain.

This position is onsite at our facility in Louisville, KY, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3pm.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work with the Leadership team in maintaining strong safety records and regulatory requirements.
• Help foster and create a culture of sustainable change by applying various methodologies creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world-class products to customers every time.
• Search and share best practices proactively.

The ideal candidate likely possesses these skills:

• Must have HS Diploma / GED and should also possess some college or equivalent experience
• Experiences with Lean, Six Sigma, 5s, Process Flow, and Kaizen
• Experiences with OSHA, Compliance Reporting, and Record Keeping.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment in a large- or medium-sized company.
• Ability to connect with and develop colleagues at all levels.
