Customer Communication Specialist Job at COUNCIL FOR AIRPORT OPPORTUNITY
Summary
Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs. CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Customer Communication Specialist will work onsite at EWR Airport.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for real time communication of system operation informaton primarily during Air Train Irregular Operations. Information such as train direction, delay time thresholds, and alternate.
- Transportation options will be relayed via phone, radio and intercom systems.
- Receiving this information will be the traveling public, Customer Care Representitives, airport operations staff, Port Authority management, Police, Fire, Rescue personal and Alstom management staff.
Qualifications
- Previous customer Service experience is a Plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
