- Training Pay Starts at $50K
- Average first year associate earns $69K
- Top earners in the $90K-100K Range
- Uncapped commission!
Schedule:
- We work a 4 ½ day work week!
- Two consecutive days off in a row!
- Weekends are required
- Stores open between 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm Sunday
- No late nights!

Key Responsibilities:
- Take turns helping guests choose the best appliance and mattress
- Manage a book of repeat business
- Share product knowledge about all appliance and mattress brands
- Continue to develop that product knowledge and sharpen the presentation of it
- Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives
