The Watertown Daily Times has an immediate opening for a Full-
Time Customer Service Representative within our Circulation
Department.
If you enjoy learning and growing within a fast paced environment
& are able to assist customers while maintaining a pleasant telephone presence, this position may be for you.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to work with a diverse customer base
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word or Office 365
Ability to multi-task
Previous Customer Service Experience
Other Computer skills
Training is provided.
Commission opportunities may be available in addition to a competitive hourly wage.
Shifts do include some weekend work. Weekends are on a rotational basis.
Compensation package includes competitive hourly wage, medical and dental plans, 401K, health savings, sick and vacation time.
