JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Support Coordinator role is to ensure the morale, passion for excellence, focus & performance of their team. Oversees day to day workflow of a team of Remote Specialists and supports the team by following company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
As a Pinnacle employee, it is expected that this will be accomplished by a focus to teach, develop, motivate, and to make their teams better every day. This focus will ensure the ability to always answer the question of “Who did I make better today.”
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Superior Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software. Must be proficient in the use of a PC, web-based portals and advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word).
- Education/Experience: Must be a fast learner. Home Health experience preferred but not required.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.

- Track individual key performance indicators, daily.
- Possess organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and complete all duties, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Consistently follows and enforces Agency policies to set an example for employees.
- Prepare and conduct daily stand up with Team Leads for workflow priorities.
- Leads team by Agency Mission, Vision, and Values
- Lives to the Pinnacle Behavior Standard to “Maintain a positive work environment by acting in a manner so that you get along with all customers, vendors, co-workers and management.”
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives.
- Assists on a variety of special projects and other duties as needed.
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of patients and agency information per HIPPA requirements. Protects the confidentiality of patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision of operations.
- Possess a level of patience, and a pleasant demeanor essentially, with a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Attends in-service and education as required.
- Follows Pinnacle Home Care’s Attendance Policy
