We are seeking a driven, organized, and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral role in helping us manage and process customer data in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. You will be responsible for entering customer information into our system, as well as verifying and correcting it as needed. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent data entry skills. You will also be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation:$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Accurately enter company data into a variety of computer systems.
- Maintain records of data entries and ensure accuracy of data transferring.
- Follow data programs and procedures to ensure data reliability.
- Troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor the accuracy of all data entries and update any discrepancies.
- 18 years or older with valid US work authorization.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency in data entry and internet research.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with North American time zones.
