Position Summary:
In this hybrid role, you will support the setup of US & Global digital tracking as well as reporting and optimization through analytics platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing US & Global digital team who are focused on driving digital forward, and consistently developing their knowledge and bringing the latest techniques to the market. Data and Analytics are at the core of PRA Group, and this role will be responsible for proactive analysis of the digital journey and improvement of digital products and driving ROI. The role will cover all territories and B2C websites across PRA Group.
Hybrid- Will work remote on Fridays and Mondays and come to either our Norfolk or Richmond office midweek. Local candidates in Richmond or Norfolk please.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Have a strong understanding of the customer journey through the website interactions and digital marketing streams such as email, SMS, display ads, Paid Search, and SEO.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Digital Data Analyst role with advance knowledge in tracking and tagging for marketing and measurement
- Must have strong experience working with Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tag Manager
- Experience building custom reports and skilled at tracking user behavior across various channels.
- Use analytical tools to dig deep into customer engagement and create comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Able to manipulate data, create models of digital behavior to influence marketing activities
- Possess strong abilities with data manipulation, being proficient in Advanced Excel with ability to develop complex models and pivot tables.
- Ability to create impressive visualizations and interactive reports for stakeholders
- 80% duties require high proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising Platform, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and optimization platforms

- Comfortable with Html. JavaScript, CSS manipulation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Power BI knowledge a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
Job Description:
- Set up of Data layer on websites working with development team to implement
- Set up of tags and tracking in Tag manager to support Google analytics and other analytics tools such as heatmapping, A/B testing tools and intelligence tools
- Set up and ongoing management and Analysis for customer journeys and conversion in Google Analytics, measuring performance against goals, set up of funnels and reporting performance
- Working with the digital and marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and support A/B and M/V testing
- Using tools like Data Studio to present data insights in such a way that these can be used for business and product decision making, providing data informed recommendations
- Enhance reporting and performance measurement, conducting detailed analysis when required
- Set up of Tag manager and cookie compliance tools to control and manage cookie delivery on our B2C websites to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Collection of Digital data in a GDPR compliant way
- Support GA4 Migration
