Direct Care Worker must have at least one year of Direct Care/Home Health experience and be able to provide two work references that can verify your employment. Must be compassionate, hardworking, reliable, and able to communicate efficiently with in-office staff. Must have knowledge of and follow 'Universal Precautions"

Employment Requirements:

• one year experience (Direct Care Work)
• Able to provide two work references
• Updated Two-Step PPD
• Updated Physical
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and child abuse clearance

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Provide State ID
• Possess a valid Social Security number:
• Lived in PA for two years prior to employment or pass the FBI Criminal record check
• Have a high school diploma or GED
