Job Description:
As the Director of First Impressions, you will be an integral part in ensuring athlete, parent and coach satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the entire Elite Sports Performance Center. You will support managers and other employees with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and will passionately aim to turn the ordinary into extraordinary.
An excellent Director of First Impressions is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to effectively carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that client service and office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and emails while providing basic information when needed
- Manage news of the week board and biweekly client newsletters
- Update appointment calendars, organize and schedule meetings/appointments
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document client service actions and discussions
- Manage program templates, testing data and athlete tracking
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order and maintain office supplies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
