Livian is hiring a Director of Operations, Operational Impact, a seasoned real estate professional with more than five years experience leading high-performing real estate teams. The DOO, Ops will drive the overall operational infrastructure of our national real estate team, helping to coach, mentor and lead all operational staff and refine all systems, tools, models, and processes. This position reports to the COO.

The DOO, Operational Impact will...

- Coach, train and mentor team operational leaders, including Hub and team staff, and
hold team members accountable to:
- Established KPIs that align with the company’s strategic vision, ensuring
daily/weekly activities and priorities are met
- Providing an exceptional client service experience to agents and their clients
- Scrutinize Livian systems on an ongoing basis, making optimizations quarterly, to
develop our best-in-class tools, models and procedures across all departments that
support the growth goals of our teams.
- Ensure the strong retention of Livian teams and agents through optimizations to the
organization’s core operational infrastructure, maintaining a 93%+ retention rate of
teams, agents, and staff at all times.

- Conduct weekly 4:11s and 1:1s with divisional leaders and team operational leaders
- Track strategic initiatives in the Hub by monitoring progress towards benchmarks,
analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the key players, and sustaining momentum of
all team members
- Create and follow a care-call check-in system for Hub and team staff members.
- Work with the Livian Human Resources department on talent acquisition - meet with
team and Hub staff candidates for final sign-off
- Help in the implementation of performance improvement plans and work through any
personnel issues with Human Resources
Systems, Tools, Models:
- Research and implement new systems and tools to allow team members to work more
efficiently and provide higher-level client care
- Create best-in-class listing management and transaction coordination systems to scale
on-the-ground personnel
- Vet new tools, AI, systems and workflows to drive efficiencies divisionally, overseeing the
implementation of all new systems and procedures
- On a quarterly basis, review Livian’s main systems, tools, systems, technologies, and
procedures, inspecting what you expect and making optimizations as the team grows
and market conditions shift.
- Develop and implement monthly initiatives to drive agent production
- Support the implementation of companywide strategic initiatives and divisional goals
Events:
- Plan corporate events, including Livian’s presence at Mega Camp, Family Reunion,
Advance and internal Livian meetings as needed
- Confirm travel and registration for all parties
- Create agendas
- Ensure on-the-ground logistics are handled
- Work with marketing team on materials and assets needed for events
- Procure sponsorships for events, including Mega Camp, Family Reunion, Advance
- Compile yearly Livian corporate calendar of events, trainings and masterminds
- Create agendas for local team advances quarterly
Training:
- Host weekly operational impact meeting with leaders on tactics-based training
- Help to create & document best practice training videos, resources, and materials for
training/onboarding and continuing education
- Help train new-to-Livian team members on our core operational values
Recruiting & Integrations:
- Create systems for operational team members to employ to aid in team recruitment
efforts
- Hold operational recruiting calls under $75M, detailing Livian’s operational infrastructure
and the leverage it provides teams, along with Livian’s core value proposition
- Develop with Marketing materials to showcase Livian’s systems, tools and models.
- Oversee the Launch / Integrations process for new operational team members
- Host, with Director of Integrations, three-part team consultation process on roles and
responsibilities, agent attraction and lead generation; assist with follow-up plans
- Meet with new partners in the contract-review stage to explain CEO support contract and
agree on modifications as needed
Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
