Pescada is an upcoming fine dining seafood restaurant in Scottsdale set to open before the end of the year. We aim to offer the residents of Scottsdale a remarkably delicious and fun dining experience. Attentive and genuine hospitality meets delectable Mediterranean cuisine, an exciting wine list, and craft cocktails, all in a lively and warm atmosphere.
We are searching for team members to help produce something special in the kitchen and work closely with the Exec Chef and Owner.
The Line Cook and Prep Cooks will support the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef in all kitchen operations and preparations.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepares meal ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices, etc.);
- Prepares menus in collaboration with the team;
- Ensures an accurate and organized cooking stations supply inventory;
- Supports the team with ensuring that dish presentations meet the set standards;
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and regulations;
- Supports the management team with creating a positive and united work environment amongst all staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
