What will the Dishwasher do?
The Dishwasher will ensure all utensils, pots, pans, and all other dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized. The Dishwasher will also ensure a clean and safe dishwashing area by sweeping and mopping the floor and disposing of trash.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Follow sanitation policies at all times.
- Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
- Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to the appropriate party.
- Take the temperature of the Dish Machine.
- Clean Dish Machine – clean the grease dispenser daily.
Essential Job Functions:
Job duties are to be performed in a professional manner, in accordance with CW Resources, Inc. policies purposes, procedures, rules, and regulations. Reasonable accommodation will be considered.
- Work in a busy environment, lifting up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Push-pull carts with up to 70 lbs force.
- Standing.
- Ability to reach in all directions.
- Stooping.
- Crouching.

- Twisting.
