Description:

RiteScreen builds all of the screens for Integrity/Infinity Windows in Grafton, Warroad, and Fargo/West Fargo Using just your hands and occasional tools, depending on the job, they assemble and produce screens. Measuring all screens to ensure all sizes and sides are accurate - Working off of written work instruction - Use a variety of hand tools depending on which department Assembly in the door department: Using mostly just your hands, they create the casements for the screen to go into The pieces snap together for the most part, but they may need to use a rubber mallet to pound them in occasionally They can typically make multiple at the same time if they are making a large production run

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2 Qualifications: - MUST be able to read a tape measure to 1/8", but would like to be able to get down to 1/16"- they will tape measure test them in the interview - MUST be able to follow written work instructions to make frames and screens to the correct sizing for the work order Preferred: - Worked in a manufacturing environment previously - Competitive- they get paid on efficiency once they go permanent SCREENERS: Must have good hand and wrist strength. They will build up strength as they do the job, but make sure that candidates know this
