The Earthworks Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of their crew for mass excavation and detailed operations on assigned projects. The foreman will provide leadership and ensure the safety and productivity of their crew and equipment. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees do their job skillfully and remain timely.
- 3+ years Foreman experience
- 10+ years Earthworks/Excavation experience
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate/mentor crew members
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication
- Able to meet project deadlines
- Understanding of blue prints for project scope
- Provide updates to owner on project status
- Ability and willingness to operate various types of heavy equipment
- Overtime as needed
- Proficient in MS Word, Xcel and Outlook
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to pass drug and medical screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
