We are looking for an Employee Dining Supervisor who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Executive Chef & Culinary management. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items for Ohana Café. In accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education, cooking school, culinary institute education, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum two years culinary or related work experience. Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean. All equipment and utensils. Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
ServSafe (within 3 months)
Tuberculosis Clearance
Hours Required
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
