To expand our efforts in helping our community and achieving our communication partners’ expansion goals, we are searching for an Enrollment Representative to join our rapidly growing, energetic team.

Our team of Enrollment Representative collaborates through direct community outreach to inform and educate community members on any benefits they might be eligible for. The ideal Enrollment Representative should be incredibly comfortable interacting with people directly to enlighten them about their eligible benefits properly. The Enrollment Representative is the perfect role for someone to combine their love of community outreach while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

• Increase community awareness of available promotions and benefits through personalized interactions
• Qualify eligible customers to receive government-sponsored telecommunications benefits and verify confidential customer information
• Meet directly with eligible customers and interact pleasantly and professionally while being informative about their potential benefits
• Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly
• Enhance our communication partner’s reputation by using excellent customer service and support skills
• Participate in classroom training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our community outreach, customer support, and enrollment tactics, as well as to stay up-to-date knowledge of products and services and apply it to all community outreach efforts

Enrollment Representative Requirements:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in Enrollment, Customer Service, or Sales
• Willingness to learn about community outreach and our efforts to make a difference
• Ability to build rapport with customers by actively listening and being a proactive Enrollment Representative Trainee
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
