Event Assistant for NYE Event Job at VIP Nightlife

We are an events company that specializes in upscale, luxury hotel and yacht events. Being in the business for over 20 years we have created relationships with multiple notable brands in the industry that has paved the way for us to become a successful company. We are branching out into other markets and looking for quality people to run quality events.
We are looking for event assistants to help us run check-in for our Charlotte NYE party (one night only). The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, events, hospitality or promotions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supporting onsite Event Manager and Assistant Event Manager
- Checking in attendees
- Helping with basic decorating
- Greeting and directing guests
Notes:
- Shift: 6:30pm - 12:30am
- All Black attire (ideally cocktail attire)
- Ability to download Eventbrite app to their phones
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $200.00 per day
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
