Starting Pay: $18-19.00/hr with increase after 30 days
Training Hours: M-F 6:00AM -2:30 PM with optional OT on Saturdays (season dependent)
2nd Shift Hours: M-F 2:30 PM -11:00 PM with optional OT on Saturdays (season dependent)
General Labor Responsibilities:
- Attend training regarding applicable equipment
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Participates in Safety Programs and proactively upholds the Safety Culture
- Crosstrain on multiple machines
- Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, forging, welders, etc.
