Erie Family Health Centers is looking for a dedicated physician who is committed to community health and interested in health center administration to join the medical staff of the Erie Family Health Center as an Associate Clinical Leader.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a primary care patient panel in the outpatient setting.
- Lead process improvement and quality improvement activities and best practices implementation projects.
- Contribute to the site’s strategic planning around primary care innovation, capacity building, quality improvement/quality assurance and best practice implementation.
- Support the clinic’s collaborations with community partners.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Maintain active Federal DEA number and licensure as a physician in Illinois.
- M.D. or DO from accredited institution.
- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
- Board certified or Board eligible in Preventative Medicine Preferred
- Applicants who have just finished residency training are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of or interest in learning medical Spanish
